ANY MATTER RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

any other purpose is a violation of the rights of Pet Care, or third parties. Nothing herein shall be construed as
conferring by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right under
any copyright, patent, trademark or other proprietary interest of Pet Care, or third

8. JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You and Pet Care agree that
this Agreement and the relationship between you and Pet Care will be governed
by the laws of the State of Illinois, without respect to its conflict of laws
provisions and that venue with respect to any dispute between you and Pet Care
will rest exclusively in the courts of Cook County and the United States
District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
9.
NOTICE OF CHANGES
Pet Care may change the
Terms and Conditions from time-to-time.
If such a change is made, Pet Care will post the revised Terms and
Conditions on the Site. Pet Care also reserves
the right to change the Site in form or substance at any time and these changes
will not necessarily be itemized and posted.
10. TERMINATION OF REGISTRATION
Pet Care may add to, change,
delete or terminate your use of the Site at any time for any reason without
notice to you. Pet Care shall not be
liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or
discontinuance of the Site. Pet Care
reserves the right to refuse to allow anyone at anytime without notice to use
the Site.
11. MISCELLANEOUS

constitute the entire agreement between you and Pet Care and govern your use of

partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Pet Care. You also may be subject to additional terms

having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not
